The FP&A team spent between 6 and 8 hours a week manually consolidating Excel files exported from SAP, calculating KPIs, margins, and budget variances, and distributing the final report by email.
We deployed an n8n agent that reads files directly from Google Drive, executes all financial logic —including EBITDA calculation, margin analysis, and formatting— and automatically delivers the structured report via Gmail.
Market Intelligence Bot (Crypto/AI News → Posts)
The client needed to monitor daily crypto and AI news in English, synthesize them, and publish relevant content in Spanish without manual intervention.
We developed a Python bot connected via Telegram that scrapes specialized sources, generates technical posts in Spanish using the OpenAI API, and produces images with DALL-E 3 ready to publish on X.
